This is a full-color corrugated box with a carry handle. It is die-cut and litho-laminated, so the whole surface prints in photographic color and the shape can be a suitcase, a themed pack, or any form you design. A handle on top turns it into a box the customer carries out of the store and takes home, which is why it works for gift sets, promotions, seasonal packs, and retail products that sell on their looks. It is built on E or B flute board.

The handle is what sets this box apart from a plain carton. It lets a customer pick the pack up and carry it, which makes it a natural fit for gift sets, event giveaways, and retail products bought to take away. The suitcase and themed die-cuts turn the box itself into part of the gift, so it earns shelf attention and often gets kept and reused. We shape the handle and the body to your product and your theme rather than a fixed template.
The print is the product here, so the process is built for it. We litho-laminate a full-color offset sheet to the corrugated for photographic quality, managed to G7 with X-Rite measurement and a signed contract proof so the color holds across reorders. Bold solid colors like the green and red take anti-scratch matte film, which stops the grey scuffing that bare solids pick up in handling, and a flat brand color that must stay exact reorder to reorder is best set as a spot rather than a four-color build. Soft-touch, spot UV, foil, and emboss are available for premium versions.
Choose the handle by the load and the eco priority. A die-cut integrated paper handle is part of the box, adds no plastic, and recycles with the board, which suits lighter gift contents and a plastic-free brief. For heavier contents, a reinforced plastic clip handle or a rope handle through eyeleted holes carries more weight without tearing. A paper handle has a load limit, so for a heavy pack we spec both a reinforced handle and a stronger flute, and we confirm the hold on a sample before the run.
Board is matched to the weight the box carries. E-flute keeps a fine print face for lighter gift packs, and B-flute adds wall strength and handle anchorage for heavier contents, verified on our in-house tester with compression and burst checks. The corrugated body recycles in the paper stream, though anti-scratch matte and soft-touch are film laminations, so for a fully repulpable spec we can review an aqueous matte coating, and a plastic handle should be removed before recycling. To quote, send your product, dimensions, quantity, theme, and artwork, and we return an engineered dieline, a recommended spec, and a price, with a blank sample or a printed proof before the run. There is no strict minimum, though unit cost drops with volume. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC chain of custody, G7, and GMI are on file.
Paper handle or plastic handle for my box?
A die-cut paper handle is plastic-free and recycles with the box, and it suits lighter gift contents. For heavier packs, a reinforced plastic or rope handle carries more weight without tearing. Tell us the filled weight and we spec the handle and board to hold it.
Does it ship flat or assembled?
It ships flat to cut freight and sets up by hand. If you need it delivered set up for a co-pack or hand-assembly line, we can quote that instead.
What order quantity makes sense?
There is no strict minimum, but litho-lamination plates and setup spread over the run, so small batches carry a higher unit cost and the price falls with volume. Tell us your launch quantity and reorder forecast and we will advise on the break points.
Will the bold colors scuff in transit?
Bare dark and saturated solids do scuff grey, which is why we put anti-scratch matte film on bold designs. It holds the rich color and resists the marks that handling leaves on an uncoated solid panel.
Do you handle international shipping?
Yes. We export under standard Incoterms such as FOB and CIF, and because the box ships flat we advise on carton and pallet fit so the order lands at a sensible cost.
